Ways out of a communication impasse in a political area of conflict
When opposing interests and reservations practically bring the communication between different institutions to a halt it is near-impossible to even come close to meeting external requirements, as in the case of the associations and system-relevant institutions involved in this project. Legally required changes demanded that the stakeholders come together in a harmonisation process and come up with viable procedures.
We facilitated the process and managed to help achieve a high-quality exchange supporting the objectives of all the stakeholders and the legal requirements.
